Hotel was amazing, since we walked in the service and the staff very extremely nice and helpful. Inside the hotel is beautiful, very green, lots of animals (sloths, parrots..), pool is huge and has a smaller kids pool, 2 jacuzzis, lots of space. There are 2 restaurants that were pretty good. Spa and massages were good too. Amazing breakfast.

The hotel is located at the end of bocagrande. It is very convenient to walk to shops, restaurants and find tour guide. The taxi ride is only a couple of dollars so it makes it easy to get to old city. The beach is across the road. The hotel is well kept. They have sloths, macaws, baby fawn, and even a couple peacocks wandering around the grounds. Very sweet!. The food was good. The hamburger excellent as was the pizza. The pool was not too busy and still saw open loungers around it everyday. I would say that everything was great. A little on the pricier side but it was exactly what we needed.

A beautiful hotel, historic building with an ambiance. Fantastic pool. Multiple breakfast spots and bars. The staff was very friendly and hardworking. Shout out to Nayib, who made every day special. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Taxis available within seconds.

Property was amazing! Loved the garden and animals that reside there. Rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was cold and property was located in a great location and secure. I felt very safe there. Staff was hospitable and friendly.

The location, the historical site,the architecture, i especially appreciated the warmth, the treatment i got from everyone of the members of the staff. What a great crew they have. One rarely encounters perfection at this level.The swimming pool and the surrounding areas are spectacular, sharing the grounds with animals that are being rehabilitated so that they can go back to their natural habitat after being seized from wildlife traffickers. The serenity and soothing atmosphere emanating from this 5 stars hotel are incredible. I also felt safe and secure, they offer top security for their guests. For all these reasons i will stop trying other hotels in Cartagena. Believe me i have tried a few.

The staff were all so very, very nice. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Great Colombian coffee! Big, beautiful pool. The hotel has class! Great restaurants on the street in front of the hotel.

So I have to shoutout Carlos who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us organize things to do in Cartagena. The food was fantastic and the buffet options were perfect. The pool is huge and all the animals around made for such a peaceful environment. Lastly, when you go be sure to book a spa package it is soooooo worth it!!
